Website builder

Create and edit pages, navigation and site branding without code. Start from a template or import an existing static site. A media gallery keeps images and files together, and a rich-text editor supports tables, images and links.

People and contacts

Each contact has a record with additional email addresses, activity history and assigned tasks. Filter, sort, take bulk actions and import contacts from CSV. A contacts map groups nearby pins and includes a heat-map view.

Groups and organisers

Organise people into local groups, with separate member and enquiry lists. Group-specific access helps organisers work with their own people, while activity records show who did what.

Unified inbox

Live chat and email sit in one conversation list. Incoming mail is matched to contacts automatically, and sent replies appear in the conversation history after sending.

Email campaigns

An email-style editor works on phones and desktop. Choose an audience deliberately, confirm scheduled sends and review the outbox. Campaigns can be paused or stopped.

Events and calendars

Create events or import a batch from CSV. Share public calendars, collect RSVPs and take staff bookings with capacity limits.

Live chat

Add a chat widget to your website and preview changes while editing its appearance.

The staff app for iOS and Android brings Home, Inbox, People and Tasks together and opens the website builder inside the app.

It is designed to keep staff signed in securely, with updates delivered without waiting for a new app store release.

• Account control: accounts can be signed out remotely, and password changes or account deactivation revoke access. Repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked.
