One promise across our products
You can ask for a copy of the information you have put in at any time. Use the exports available in your product, or contact us to arrange a handover. The product summaries below distinguish what is available today from what is planned.
Where we set up domains, accounts or brand assets for you, they are registered to you or your organisation. Your existing email remains in your own mailbox.
If we cannot continue providing a product, you get a working copy or your data in standard formats, plus a guide another developer can follow. The deployment and handover arrangements are agreed with you during setup.
Any handover fee and timescale are fixed in writing upfront. You can ask about your export and handover arrangements before you start using a product.
HelixScribe retains the platform and underlying software. You retain your data, content and brand assets, and the agreed right to use any working copy supplied to you. Third-party services and software remain subject to their own licences.

Your Brand DNA, source material, documents and approved writing rules are your information. You control the business context you provide and the rules you approve.
The promise also covers saved AI memory: the business context, preferences and corrections you have chosen to retain. Contact us to arrange the available exports or a handover.

HS-WORKSPACE-001
Admins can export contacts, form submissions and bookings as CSV. Your email stays in your own mailbox.
For customers whose own Workspace deployment is set up by HelixScribe, the setup includes their own working copy and a handover pack. Domains, hosting and backups are set up in the organisation’s name.
A full Workspace export that brings your website, records, files and relevant settings into one portable handover. A complete export ZIP is not available today.
HS-PICOLAB-001
Your circuit projects and code are yours. Supported releases let you save, import and export editable project data. Export options vary by platform and version.
A more complete portable copy of saved projects and preferences, with clear instructions for moving or recovering them.
HS-TENNIS-001
The promise applies to your saved players, tournaments, matches and listening preferences. Application availability and functionality depend on the release.
A readable export of your saved preferences and favourites. A dedicated preferences export is not being presented as available today.
